More often than not climbed in conjunction with Conival which you pass over on the route. Starting from the car park near the Inchnadamph hotel on the A837 the route is pretty straightforward heading initial due east beside the Traligill river before veering north to brake through a line of rocks marking the top of the escarpment under Conival. From there it is further 40 minutes to the top of Conival and then Ben More a further 45 mins reached by a saddle between the two.
